Do we have continuing care available?

Although Sonoma Hills is not licensed to provide medical services, we have partnered with several companies to provide in-home care as needed.

Do we provide transportation and where do we go?

Yes, we provide transportation within the Sonoma area for those who would like to use it. We ask that our residents schedule doctors’    appointments or shopping trips according to the following transportation schedule:

                Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday:  9 am – 11:30 am  and 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm

                Thursday: No service. Reserved for special outings.

What are some of the special outings that you do?

We attend special events in our community, museums, casino, explore the wine country, and special trips to the Sonoma Coast.

May I make suggestions for the activities calendar?

Yes. If there are certain things you enjoy doing that are not on the Sonoma Hills calendar; the Life Enrichment Director would love to hear your ideas and suggestions.

Is there a private space available to use?

Yes. You may reserve the Activity Room for any special occasion (birthdays, holiday, meals) with notice.

Can we bring a family pet to Sonoma Hills?

We would love for your family pet to come to visit. Please remember to clean up after them and take the proper safety measures at all times.  All pets are to be kept on a leash and should have all current vaccinations.
